Create a filter that looks for APO/DPO/FPO orders so you can process these orders.

1.  Create Your APO/FPO/DPO/PO Box Filter

Create a filter (Manage > Filters > New Filter) to reflect the following conditions:

     A. Use the text box to name the filter something appropriate (like APO/FPO/DPO).

     B. Click the red All hyperlink and change it to Any

     C. Click the Add Condition (green) button. Select Order Total > Person > Address > City

     D. Change Shipping or Billing to Shipping.

     E. Leave Equals as-is.

     F. Type APO in the text box.

     G. Repeat similar steps to recreate the filter as shown below. When you get to the PO Box tex tbox, copy and paste the following code: P.{0,2}O.{0,2}[ ]?Box

Using the filter

1. In ShipWorks, select your APO/DPO/FPO/PO Box filter.

2. Right-click your order(s) and click Ship Orders

3. Make modifications to your shipment and process as normal

Please Note: For military (send to) addresses:

     1. Write out the service member's full name in the address.

     2. Include the unit and the APO/FPO/DPO address with a 9-digit ZIP code. Examples can be found on the USPS site for APO/DPO/FPO guidelines

     3. Include a return address.

4. Your APO/DPO/FPO label should now print from your standard (inkjet/laser) printer. You can preview to see if your label is formatted correctly by right-clicking your order, selecting Preview > expand Labels\Standard.
