ShipWorks version 4.2 and later comes with several preset filters:
- Orders by destination: (All U.S. addresses; US Residential; US Commercial; US PO Boxes; US Military; US Territories; International)
- Orders by age (today; last 7 days; last 30 days; last 90 days)
- Orders by store with a filter for each online status used plus a filter for "All" orders in a store
- Customers who've spent over $100
- Customers who have placed more than one order
You can create a custom filter with the Filter Editor. Below is one example of a custom filter. Follow it step by step to learn the process. When you're ready to create your own filter, the steps are the same, but use the actual options appropriate for your filtering needs.
Creating a Filter for Specific Items
In this example, we'll view all orders that have either SKU 1 or SKU 2 on them.
1. In ShipWorks, navigate to Manage > Filters.
2. With the Orders tab chosen, click the New Filter button.
3. Enter a name for your filter in the textbox and then click Next . The name should be one that makes sense to users when seen in the Filters Panel.
It is fine to leave the All filters item highlighted in the tree view here. If you know what folder you'd like to put the filter in, you can click the folder. See the Filters User Guide for help setting up new folders for your Filters Panel using the Filter Organizer.
4. Click the green Add Condition icon.
5. Click Order Total > For Every > Item.
6. Change All to Any (because we're going to want orders that have ANY of the SKUs specified, not orders that have ALL of them).
7. Click the green + Add condition icon under For every item in the order... and then click to set the condition as: Item SKU > Equals > Your SKU Number.
8. Click the green + Add Condition icon again under For every item in the order... to add the condition for SKU 2. Click Next.
9. Optionally, select the columns you want for your filter and click Finish. This option helps to display relevant information for your filter (like order number, item name, or order date). If you're unsure what to select, we always recommend leaving the defaults.
