ShipWorks does not support adding postage to FedEx accounts directly within the program. You can pay your FedEx account balance online via FedEx Billing Online. If you are not able to ship in ShipWorks, you may need to pay an owed balance for your FedEx account before you process shipments in ShipWorks. For specific instructions with FedEx Billing Online, you may want to consult their user guide

The Process

1. Log on to FedEx Billing Online with your FedEx account credentials. (If you don't have an account, you'll need to register for one.)

2. Click the Account Summary tab and you will be shown your owed balance (for your selected account). You can choose to pay your amount owed or search for a specific invoice

3. Once your balance has been brought current, try processing a shipment in ShipWorks again.
