When you ship an order, the default Ship Orders dialog open up with a lot of information pre-populated according to how you've configured ShipWorks. On this Ship Orders dialog, there is a drop-down menu available for the From / Origin Address.  All of the origin addresses you configured in the Shipping Settings will be available to you here.  Just click on the Origin dropdown and select the desired origin address. 

What if the origin address I want is not listed?

You have two different options, to setup an additional origin address that's saved permanently and available going forward in ShipWorks or you can manually update the origin address the one time for this particular shipment.

You can add another origin address to ShipWorks pretty quickly. Please review the step-by-step details on how to add another origin address to ShipWorks here: Configuring Origin Addresses.  (In short, you'll go to  Manage > Shipping Settings > General > Global Settings tab, click "New," enter the origin address, and click OK to save it. After you add the origin addresses there, the address will be available in the Origin address dropdown menu shown below.)

To change the origin address manually for just this single shipment (and not save the origin address for future use) please choose the Other Address option. Once you choose Other Address the Address fields will become editable and you can update as needed.
