You can set specific services and packages to display to users when they are viewing the Ship Orders panel. If your company only uses the same few services repeatedly, it makes sense to show only those relevant services to users as they ship orders. It only takes a moment to set up. If you ever decide you need to change the services users may select when shipping, you can always revisit this setting and edit your selections.
1. Log into ShipWorks, click Manage > Shipping Settings.
2. In the left side column, highlight the carrier you'd like to configure.
3. Check the boxes next to all of the Services and Package Types you'd like to see displayed in ShipWorks when you ship orders, and then click Close.
