ShipWorks supports Amazon Seller-Fulfilled Prime shipping by adding Amazon as a shipping provider in your ShipWorks software.  There are a few things that need to be completed prior to adding Amazon as a shipping option and this article will guide you through these steps

First Things First

If you have qualified for Amazon's Seller Fulfilled Prime shipping program and want to use Amazon as your shipper, you will need to complete the 5 steps below prior to adding Amazon as a shipping option in ShipWorks.

 

1.  On Amazon Seller Central, link your Stamps.com and/or UPS account(s) to Amazon Seller Central. 

(Instructions found below.)

2.  Accept Amazon's Shipping Services terms and conditions.
(Click the link above to be taken to your Amazon Seller Central account.  Log into you Amazon Seller account, if required.  Then, select the option in the screenshot below and click Submit.)



 

 3.  Submit a support ticket or give us a call to request that we enable the Amazon shipper option on your ShipWorks account.

4.  Make sure that those same Stamps.com and/or UPS accounts are added into ShipWorks.  
(See "
Adding a Shipping Provider" if you need help adding Stamps.com or UPS into ShipWorks.)


5. Set up Amazon as a shipper in ShipWorks.  Learn how here

(You can do this now, or you can set it up when you ship your first Amazon Prime order via Amazon).


Link Your Stamps.com Account to Amazon Seller Central  

If you have not already done so, please complete steps 1 - 4 in the First Things First section above.


1. Sign onto Amazon Seller Central.




2. Select an order to ship. (You have to initiate shipping on an order to link the carrier accounts to Amazon Seller Central account. Once you connect your shipping accounts on this first order, the accounts are then linked and you will not have to repeat this for every order).




3. Click the Buy shipping button.



4. You may be prompted with a notice that the Buy Shipping screen has changed.  If you are prompted with this notification, click on the Enter Buy Shipping preferences button.



Or


If you are taken directly to the Buy Shipping screen, click on the Buy Shipping preferences link located at the bottom of the page.



5.  On the Buy Shipping Preferences screen, click on the Manage your carrier accounts button located in the Carrier Accounts section on the right side of the screen.



6. Click not linked to the right of Stamps.com and enter your Stamps.com username and password, then click the Submit button. 




You'll get a confirmation page noting that your Stamps.com account is linked to Amazon Seller Central now. 


Link your UPS Account to Amazon Seller Central

If you have not already done so, please complete steps 1 - 5 in the First Things First section above.


6.  Complete steps 1 - 5 in the Link Your Stamps.com Account section above.


7.  Click not linked to the right of UPS and then check the box to accept the UPS Technology Agreement, then click the Submit button.



8.  Enter your UPS account info, then click Submit.



NOTE: You must use the exact same abbreviations and terms that you used when entering your UPS account. (For example, if you have 1 Main Rd. as your UPS account street address, and you enter 1 Main Road here, your account will not be recognized and you will get an error). 


You'll get a confirmation page noting that your UPS account is linked to Amazon Seller Central now. 





Your Stamps.com and/or UPS accounts are now linked to your Amazon Seller Central account.  Next, be sure to add Amazon as a shipping provider in ShipWorks.
