The Process

1.  In ShipWorks, click on the Manage tab and then click on the Shipping Settings button.



2.  On the Shipping Settings screen, select FedEx from the list of providers on the left side of the screen.



3.  On the Settings tab, click on the blue link for Defaults - FedEx.



4.  On the Shipping Profile screen, scroll down to the Email Notifications section.  Then, select the email notification options you wish to enable.  Optionally, enter a Personal Message to your customers.



5.  Click OK.  Then, click Close.
