Background

ShipWorks allows you to create and manage multiple users, each with its' own username, password and specific permissions.  You have the option to create users as an administrator or as a standard user.  With standard users you can define specific permissions giving the user access to or denying access to specific features within the ShipWorks software.  This article will cover the permission that can be defined for standard users in ShipWorks.

First Things First

In order to create a new user or to edit an existing user you must be logged into ShipWorks as a user with administrator rights.
