Account management for legacy customers (customers who signed up for ShipWorks prior to June 1, 2021) is currently under maintenance. Please contact support for help with your account.
Logging into your ShipWorks account is easy and gives you access to your billing history, your account information, the ability to update your credit card information and more. This article will guide you through how to log into your ShipWorks account.
1. Browse to Shipworks.com and click the LOGIN link located on the upper right side of the screen.
2. Enter the email address and password you have on file for your ShipWorks account. Then, click the Login button. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click the Click Here
3. Once logged in you will have access to:
My Store - Shows a list of all of the stores you have connected to since opening your ShipWorks account.
Billing History - Gives you a list of your previous ShipWorks invoices.
My Profile - Allows you to view and update the contact information you have on file.
Change Payment - Allows you to view and to update the payment method you have on file.
Change Plan - Allows you to change the ShipWorks plan you are on.
