Account management for legacy customers (customers who signed up for ShipWorks prior to June 1, 2021) is currently under maintenance. Please contact support for help with your account.
2. Click the Change Payment link.
3. Click Edit to edit information associated with your existing credit card used for payment (expiration date, address, etc.) otherwise choose the Enter a new card to use option to set up a different card on the account to use for payment. If you choose to enter a new card to use the previous credit card will be removed.
4. Input the information needed to edit the credit card details or add your new credit card and click Save.
