If you'd like to change your ShipWorks subscription plan, you will log into your ShipWorks account online and select the preferred plan. Please be aware: If your current plan offers features that are not included in the newly selected plan, those features will no longer be accessible to you at the start of the next billing cycle.
1. In your browser, go to https://www.interapptive.com/account and log in with your ShipWorks account username and password.
2. Click the Change Plan link toward the top of the page under the My Account heading.
3. Click Select for the plan you want. Functionality in ShipWorks gained due to an upgrade will be available immediately. Functionality lost due to a downgrade will be effective at the start of your next billing cycle.
Note that the JumpStart option is only available during the initial signup and registration process.
