ShipWorks’ Product Catalog allows you to import and manage your product catalog right within the ShipWorks software. With your product information stored in ShipWorks it becomes much easier to manage products when selling across multiple sales channels, weights and dimensions can be auto populated when shipping and, when shipping internationally customs information can be populated automatically.
The product catalog allows you easily import your products from a file, enter your products manually, export your product information to a file, create batched products, add product variants, and more. This article will walk you through how to switch to the Products Catalog in ShipWorks.
First Things First
Products Mode is available in ShipWorks version 6.0 or later. You can check your current version of ShipWorks by clicking on the Help tab and then the About ShipWorks button. For assistance with upgrading your version of ShipWorks, please see this article.
There are two ways that you can switch to the Product Catalog:
Click on the Products tab at the top of the ShipWorks software.
In version 7.6 or earlier, you can also switch by using the Application Menu. This option is no longer available in version 7.7 or later.
1. Click on the ShipWorks Application Menu.
2. Hover over Shipping View.
3. Click on Products.
To switch back to Classic or Scan-to-Ship view, just follow the same steps as above.
