ShipWorks v5.17 will automatically import item harmonized codes into the customs tab when shipping international orders from ChannelAdvisor, making it even faster and easier to ship your international orders.
First Things First
Before ShipWorks will automatically import the harmonized codes into the customs tab for you, there are a few things you will need:
- You will need to be running ShipWorks version 5.17or later installed. You can see the version of ShipWorks you are running by clicking on the Help tab and then on the About ShipWorks button. Click here for assistance with upgrading your version of ShipWorks.
- You will need to have the harmonized codes correctly entered into ChannelAdvisor.
When you download orders into ShipWorks from ChannelAdvisor, the Harmonized Code associated to items on the order is downloaded into ShipWorks.
ShipWorks will automatically fill the Harmonized Code: field for each item on the order when shipping a ChannelAdvisor international order.
