ShipWorks is proud to be a FedEx Compatible Diamond Solution, offering integrated FedEx shipping built right in. The FedEx support in ShipWorks offers users the ability to process FedEx shipments in bulk and saves time by eliminating the need to manually cut and paste or export information into other shipping tools.
ShipWorks version 5.20 or later now offers the ability to process FedEx Freight Economy and FedEx Freight Priority shipments. This article will outline the new FedEx Service options.
The FedEx Freight Economy and FedEx Freight Priority services are located in the Service: drop-down menu located in the Shipment Details section of the Ship Orders screen or Shipping Panel when creating a FedEx shipment.
If the services are not available, please verify that the services are enabled in the FedEx Shipping Settings by following the steps in this article.
When either the FedEx Freight Economy or FedEx Freight Priority service options are selected, a Freight section will become available on the Ship Orders screen (the Freight section is not available in the Shipping Panel). Expand the Freight section to configure specific details of the freight shipment.
Once you have properly configured the Freight settings specific to your shipment, you can process the label by clicking the Create Label button. All labels, bill of lading and needed documentation will be printed.
