ShipWorks offers support for both standard inkjet and laser printers as well as for thermal label printers. Some printer manufacturers require specific configuration within ShipWorks in order to work correctly.
This article will guide you through the specific setup requirements for using a Rollo thermal printer with the ShipWorks software.
First Things First
Please be sure that you:
- Have your Rollo printer connected to your computer, that the drivers are installed and, that you can print a Windows test page to the printer.
- You are logged into your ShipWorks software as a user with administrator rights.
