Account management for legacy customers (customers who signed up for ShipWorks prior to June 1, 2021) is currently under maintenance. Please contact support for help with your account.
1. Browse to the ShipWorks My Account login page, input your account credentials and log in.
2. Click the Billing History link to view your billing history with a list of all invoices and charges.
3. Click the View link to navigate to and view an individual invoice.
4. If you need to print the invoice click the Printer Friendly link and then print as normal.
