Account management for legacy customers (customers who signed up for ShipWorks prior to June 1, 2021) is currently under maintenance. Please contact support for help with your account.
This article explains how to reset a forgotten password for your ShipWorks customer account. Please note that this is the password for your ShipWorks customer account and is not necessarily the password used to log in to the ShipWorks application where you process shipments.
1. Browse to https://www.interapptive.com/account.
2. Click the Click Here link next to the Forgot your password? text.
3. Enter your Email address and Zip Code associated with your ShipWorks account into the form. Click the Reset button.
4. Check your email for the temporary password that ShipWorks has sent you. Now attempt to log in with this newly provided password. It is recommended that you change your password immediately. To do so click on My Profile, input the new password and confirm. Save the new password by clicking Save.
