This article will guide you through how to sort products in the product catalog, how to select products and how to refresh the product catalog.
First Things First
Products Mode is available in ShipWorks version 6.0 or later. You can check your current version of ShipWorks by clicking on the Help tab and then the About ShipWorks button. For assistance with upgrading your version of ShipWorks, please see this article.
When viewing products in the Product Catalog, you can sort the products by SKU, Name, Weight, Location and, when viewing inactive products, by the Active column. Clicking on any of these column headers will sort the products by that column. Clicking the column header repeatedly will alternate the sort between ascending and descending order.

Selecting products in Product Catalog can be done in several ways.
- Check the box to the left of each product you wish to select.
- To select a series of contiguous products, click on the first product, hold SHIFT on your keyboard and then select the last product in the list.
- To select noncontiguous products, press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on each product you wish to select.
- To select all products, with one product selected, press CTRL + A on your keyboard. Alternately, you can click the checkbox to the left of the Image column.
Selecting all products
To deselect all selected products at once, click on the Refresh button located at the bottom left of the products grid.

Refreshing the Products Grid
It is possible for multiple ShipWorks users to work in the Product Catalog at the same time. For example, more than one ShipWorks user may be entering or modifying products in the products catalog simultaneously. However, changes made by one user are not automatically visible by a user on another PC.
To refresh the products grid so that any updated or changes are visible, click the Refresh button located at the bottom-left of the products grid.
