ShipWorks downloads Volusion orders by the order's status. You can enable or disable which orders are downloaded into ShipWorks from Volusion by modifying the Volusion order status settings in ShipWorks.
1. In ShipWorks, click on the Manage tab and then on the Stores button.
2. Next, select your Volusion store and click on the Edit button.
3. On the Volusion Store Settings screen, click on the Store Settings link on the left side of the screen.
4. Scroll down to the Order Status section. Enable or disable the available statuses by checking or unchecking the checkboxes to the left of each status.
Please Note: ShipWorks version 5.10 or greater includes the New - See Order Notes status.
5. Click the OK button to save your settings.
