ShipWorks version 5.18 or later allows you to select which services are available to choose from when shipping Amazon Self Fulfilled Prime orders using the Amazon shipping provider. This article will guide you through how to add or remove the available services.
First Things First
In order to add or remove services for the Amazon shipping provider, you must be running ShipWorks version 5.18 or later. To check which version of ShipWorks you are currently on, click on the Help tab and then on the About ShipWorks button. For assistance with upgrading to the latest version of ShipWorks, click here.
You will need to be logged into ShipWorks as a user with administrator rights.
This article assumes you have added Amazon as a shipping provider in ShipWorks.
1. In ShipWorks, click on the Manage tab and then on the Shipping Settings button.
2. Select Amazon from the list of Shipping Providers on the left side of the Shipping Settings screen.
3. Uncheck any services that you wish to remove from the Available Service list or check the boxes to make unavailable services available again.
4. Click Close when you are finished.
The list of available services for the Amazon shipping provider will now only include the checked services in the Available Services list.
