ShipWorks customers have the option of requiring orders to be verified using Scan-based Quality Control prior to a label being generated automatically. For more information on Scan-based Quality Control and on enabling this option, please see the Scan-based Quality Control user guide.
2. Select Scan-to-Ship then check the box for Require orders/shipments to be verified before shipping in the Shipping Workflow Section.
When a shipment is processed for an order that has not been verified, the below error message will be displayed. The error will be displayed for shipments being processed from the Scan-to Ship tab, the Ship Orders screen or the Shipping Panel.
Any ShipWorks Action that is configured to automatically process a shipping label will override the Require orders/shipments to be verified before shipping setting. This means that if an Action triggers processing a shipment and printing a shipping label, the shipment will be processed whether or not the order has been verified.
