ShipWorks One Balance gives you one payment method that buys labels from multiple carriers. Instead of maintaining several separate accounts, use a single ShipWorks One Balance account.
Funds for ShipWorks One Balance are managed in your Stamps.com account. With your Stamps.com account in ShipWorks, there's nothing else you need to do to set up billing for ShipWorks One Balance.
Note: Stamps.com will not appear under ShipWorks One Balance unless another ShipWorks One Balance provider has been added to the account. See the section below on how to add additional shipping providers to ShipWorks One Balance.
First Things First
- In order to use ShipWorks One Balance you will need to be running ShipWorks version 7.8 or later. If you are unsure of what version of ShipWorks you are currently running, or if you need to upgrade, please see this article.
- You will also need to have your Stamps.com account added to ShipWorks. If you have not yet added your Stamps.com account to the ShipWorks software or if you need to sign up for a Stamps.com account, please follow the steps outlined in this help article.
Adding Additional Carriers to ShipWorks One Balance
Processing a Shipment with ShipWorks One Balance: USPS
To use USPS with ShipWorks One Balance when processing a shipping label simply select USPS as your shipping provider.
When the label is processed and printed, the funds for the label will be subtracted from your ShipWorks One Balance account.
