The Hub gives you access to view order information, to access data-driven and shipping insights, manage your products, track your inventory, and more. And it is web-based so you can access it from anywhere!
In order for The Hub to have up to date data about your orders, shipments, products, and inventory it needs to be connected to the ShipWorks software. This first step in connecting The Hub to ShipWorks is to ensure that your ship-from location(s) (we call them warehouses in ShipWorks) are added and configured correctly.
In this article you will learn how to get to The Hub, how to log in, and how to ensure that your warehouse is configured correctly. In a later article we will show you how to connect The Hub to your ShipWorks software.
Want to learn even more about The Hub? Check out our The ShipWorks Hub article found here.
Open a web browser and navigate to hub.shipworks.com.
Log in using your ShipWorks account email and password. (This is the same email address and password that you created when setting up your ShipWorks account and that you used when logging in to the ShipWorks software.)
Depending upon the ShipWorks pricing plan that you selected when setting up your ShipWorks account, you may need to set up more than one warehouse. If so, just repeat the steps below to add as many warehouses that you require and that your plan allows.
Click on Settings located in the sidebar menu.
Click the Add button.
Fill out all fields for your warehouse. Use a Name that will easily allow you to identify the ship-from location. The Address information should be the ship-from address for this warehouse.
Click the Add button to save the warehouse information.
Was a warehouse already created for you and is already showing in The Hub? You can modify the information associated to the warehouse.
Click the Edit button and select Change address to update the warehouse address.
Hover over the warehouse name and click the button to modify the warehouse name.
