After installing the ShipWorks software and logging in, ShipWorks will open the Online Store Setup Wizard for you. This wizard will guide you through connecting your sales channel(s) to the ShipWorks software.
Need to connect more than one sales channel? No problem. You will have the chance to do so a bit later.

So that you can begin shipping as easily and quickly as possible, if you have not already configured a warehouse ship-from location in The ShipWorks Hub, during the add store wizard a warehouse will be automatically created for you and linked to your ShipWorks software.
Linking a warehouse ship-from location to the ShipWorks software gives you access to data-driven intelligence, product and inventory management and more in The ShipWorks Hub.
Select the sales channel you wish to connect to from the What platform do you sell on? drop-down menu.
Then, follow the steps in the setup wizard to complete the setup.
ShipWorks connects to more than 90 sales channels and platforms and each one is set up a little differently. However, we have guides for each one.

What if I don't want to add a store or sales channel just yet?
What if you are not ready to connect ShipWorks directly to an online store or marketplace? Maybe you wish to just check out ShipWorks so that you can be sure that it is the right software for your needs.
During the ShipWorks setup, clicking on the Skip this step>> button will bypass the need to connect ShipWorks directly to your online store or marketplace. Instead, you will be guided through creating a Manual store which is designed to let you enter orders into ShipWorks manually so that you can explore the many features of the ShipWorks software.
Here are a couple of additional resources that may be helpful if you decide to skip adding a store or sales channel to ShipWorks.
Adding another store is super easy. Just click the Add another store button and the Add Store Wizard will be displayed again for you. Then, select the store type that you wish to add and follow the setup wizard just like you did with the store you set up first. Easy.
I don't see the Add another store button.
No problem. You can also add a store from the main ShipWorks screen:
Click on the Manage tab and then on the Stores button.
Click on Add Store and the Add Store Wizard will launch for you.
Now that you have your store(s) and/or sales channel(s) added to ShipWorks, it's time to set up your shipping carriers so that you can begin printing shipping labels from within the ShipWorks software.
