ShipWorks offers multiple subscription plans to help you meet your growing business needs. Change between ShipWorks plans any time by logging into your ShipWorks account.
Legacy ShipWorks Customer Account Management
Did you sign up for ShipWorks prior to June, 2021?
Manage your ShipWorks account by logging in at hub.shipworks.com using your ShipWorks account email address and password. Then, go to Account > My ShipWorks Account.
Your Current Subscription
Did you know that you can view the plan you are currently on? You can! Take a look at the User Account Billing Information section.
Click the Change... link in the User Account Billing section. Your current plan is highlighted on the screen and your next billing date is displayed.
Click the Select Plan button for the plan to which you wish to switch. Then, click the Save button.
The plan will be updated. Changes to your account will occur on the next billing date.
