Introduction to The Hub
Access The Hub from anywhere by logging in at hub.shipworks.com. Think of The Hub as your online resource to view order information, configure how your orders are routed, manage shipping locations/warehouses, handle your products and inventory, and more. Let's take a closer look at what you can do when you access The Hub.
The Orders screen gives visibility into your orders. View to what warehouse(s) the orders were routed, order-specific details, and the shipping status of the orders.
The information displayed on the Orders screen is:
Order Number
Order Date
Customer Name
Sales Channel
Last Modified Date
Store Status
Order Total
Warehouse (the warehouse(s) to which the order was routed)
Ship Address
Ship City
Ship State
Ship Zip
Ship Country
Shipping Carrier
Shipping Service
Ship Date
Verified - Whether or not the order has been verified with Scan-based Quality Control
Ship by Date
Deliver by Date
The columns on the Orders screen can be rearranged by dragging the columns into the desired order.
The Products screen gives you access to your product catalog for all warehouses. From the Products screen, you can updated product details and inventory levels, add products manually or by uploading a file, and export your product catalog.
The Settings screen gives you the ability to:
Connect your external system to ShipWorks by configuring API Key(s) and Order Source(s) on the API Settings screen. Use the ShipWorks Orders API to send order information directly to ShipWorks and to push shipment details to your order source.
