USPS: International Shipments Using GlobalPost
ShipWorks gives you the ability to process discounted international shipping labels using the GlobalPost service options. GlobalPost is the easiest, most economical way to ship international packages less than 4.4 lbs. Its services are designed to make your international shipping process as simple and hassle-free as possible while providing cost savings you simply won't find anywhere else.
In order to process GlobalPost international shipments in ShipWorks:
You will need to have a USPS Stamps.com account connected to ShipWorks. To learn how to add your Stamps.com account to ShipWorks, click here.
Your Stamps.com account must be enabled for GlobalPost. Please reach out to Stamps.com if you need to have your Stamps.com account enabled.
2. On the Shipping Settings screen, select USPS from the list of available providers.

3. On the Settings tab, in the Available Services box, ensure that the GlobalPost services are enabled. The service is enabled in ShipWorks if the checkbox to the left of the service is checked.
Note: GlobalPost services will only be available to you in ShipWorks if your Stamps.com account is enabled for GlobalPost. Please reach out to Stamps.com if you need to have your Stamps.com account enabled.
The available GlobalPost services are:
GlobalPost Economy Intl
GlobalPost Standard Intl
GlobalPost SmartSaver Economy (Requires opt-in)
GlobalPost SmartSaver Standard (Requires opt-in)

4. Click Close.
1. Select the order for which you wish to generate a GlobalPost shipping label. To select an order, you can simply click on it or you can check the box to the left of the order #.
Hint: You can easily search for an order using the order number or the customer's first or last name in the Search All Orders box. You may also wish to create a filter in ShipWorks so that you can quickly identify your International orders.

2. In the Shipping Panel, select USPS from the Provider drop-down menu.

3. With USPS selected as the shipping provider, scroll down to the Shipment Details section and, if necessary, click the double arrows ( ) to expand the section so that you can see the shipping options. Then, select the GlobalPost service you wish to use for this package from the Service drop-down menu.

Note: The GlobalPost services will be the first options available in the Service drop-down menu.
4. In the Shipment Details section, correct any other settings such as weight, dimensions, or packaging as needed.

Note: Please go to globalpost.com for weight and country restrictions.
5. Scroll down to the Customs section and expand it if necessary by clicking on the double arrows. Then, correct any customs data appropriate to this shipment.

6. When you are ready to generate the shipping label, click the Create Label button.

7. Please Note: The first time you generate a GlobalPost label in ShipWorks, an additional window will be displayed giving you the following information. You can check the box to not display this information again in the future. After you have read the information, click Close.

8. Your GlobalPost label will print with the To address as the domestic address for the GlobalPost Shipping Center. The label will also display the GlobalPost logo as well as the GlobalPost tracking number.

1. Select the orders for which you wish to process GlobalPost shipping labels. You can select multiple orders by checking the box to the left of the Order Number for each order you will be shipping. You can also press CTRL + A to select all orders in the current view.

2. Click on the Home tab and then click on Ship Orders.

3. On the Ship Orders screen, select all of the shipments in the Shipments column. This allows you to make updates to all of the shipments at one time.
Note: If you need to, you can still select one shipment at a time and make updates to only the selected shipment.

4. Select USPS as the shipping provider from the Provider drop-down menu located at the top of the Ship Orders screen.

5. Scroll down to the Shipment Details section and, if necessary, click the double arrows to expand the section so that you can see the shipping options. Then, select the GlobalPost service you wish to use for this package from the Service drop-down menu.

Note: The GlobalPost services will be the first options available in the Service drop-down menu.
4. In the Shipment Details section, correct any other settings such as weight, dimensions, or packaging as needed.

5. Click on the Customs tab. The customs tab will allow you to verify for each shipment that the customs information is declared correctly.
Note: We recommend selecting on shipment at a time in order to verify that the customs information is set correctly.

6. When you are ready to batch process the labels, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the Create Label button and select Create Label All Shipments.
Note: You still have the option of creating one label at a time by selecting the shipment and then clicking on the Create Label button.
