One Balance gives you one payment method that buys labels from multiple carriers. Instead of maintaining several separate accounts, use a single One Balance account.

Funds for One Balance are managed in your Stamps.com account. With your Stamps.com account in ShipWorks, there's nothing else you need to do to set up billing for One Balance.

To use USPS with One Balance when processing a shipping label simply select USPS as your shipping provider.

When the label is processed and printed, the funds for the label will be subtracted from your One Balance account.
