How Do I Reactivate my Cancelled Account?
Log in to The ShipWorks Hub to reactivate a cancelled ShipWorks account. This is useful if your Shipworks account is cancelled because:
Your payment method is outdated and needs to be updated
Your ShipWorks account is seasonal and is only used for shipping during specific times of the year
Click the Next button on the Reactivate Your Account modal.
The Reactivate Your Account modal will display automatically when you log in to The Hub.
Select the ShipWorks plan that best works for you. Then, click the Next button.
Click the Edit link to update your payment method. Otherwise, click the Next button.
When updating your payment method you have the options to:
Update the credit card information on file
Use PayPal as your payment method
Be sure to click the Save Changes button once your payment information is updated.
Click Finish on the confirmation screen.
Legacy ShipWorks accounts can reactivate a cancelled license key in The ShipWorks Hub.
