Splitting orders with Shopify
If I split an order into multiple shipments within shipworks, it only shows the first shipment and closes out the order in shopify (marks it as fulfilled 100%) when the other items have not shipped yet..
The customer is only notified by 1 tracking number for their entire order. They get no notification on the additional orders shipped and it never reflects in their shopify account.
Can we make splitting orders update shopify correctly? Shopify now allows you to enter multiple tracking numbers per order.

Sadly, there is already a 3 year old feature request for this. When I contacted SW, they informed me that there was already a previous feature request for this....looks like its been in queue for over 3 years.....so dont hold your breath.
