    Jason,

    I apologize for not responding before the weekend.  While there is not an option to run the scheduler on start up I want to say that ShipWorks is running actions that did not run previously.  That being said, I would like to open a ticket with you to investigate a few options available that could solve this issue.  Please keep an eye on your email for a message from me.
