    Hi Garth - auto updates have been disabled through the holiday season. Should you still have a concern going into the new year I'd be happy to work with you. Just send me an email at a.maclean@shipworks.com with your specific requirements and I'll get you squared away.

    For more general inquiries from forum viewers, we won't disable automatic updates as a general rule as it makes it difficult to troubleshoot and support hundreds of different software versions. With that said, we have worked with many customers to make things easier to manage, for example including more advanced notice with software nudges so you know exactly when your automatic update is scheduled for with flexibility to change the date/time in ShipWorks to meet your needs.

    We need this as well please add this feature!!!!   I am going out of the country this afternoon for vacation and just woke up to and update and now our Ebay flow is F#$#ed up and must deal with this situation.   Very infuriating about this auto update deploying bugs today 2/14.

    Please let me start by apologizing that you experienced issues relating to our Auto Update feature. If you are needing assistance, I am happy to have a member of our Support team reach out to investigate any errors that you may have encountered. I will open a support ticket using this account to follow up with you on any further support that may be needed.

    As far as the flexibility to change the date and time, we have added the feature to provide a week’s notice before the update is scheduled to be initiated. In conjunction with that, we have given all customers the option to select the Day of the week & the Time of day that the upgrade process should start. I hope this information helps in preparing your warehouse for the upgrade process. If you have any further questions on this process.
