Was working this afternoon when support helped me with local rates issue. Inexplicably it is now crashing on startup. I have rebooted, manually updated SW, done a Windows system restore to before 11/27 update, uninstalled SW, reinstalled SW, all to no avail. Crashes on startup 100% of the time.
Does anyone know where the log files live?
