    I am so sorry that you haven't been able to get ShipWorks up and running, I am going to see if I can locate your support ticket to see what other recommendations we can try. I will reach out via that ticket/email address to see if we can get you up and running. If I am unable to locate that ticket, I will create a new one using this account. Nevertheless, we will reach out, follow up, and get your ShipWorks up and running.

    Try disabling the .net version 3.5 and keep 4.8 on then restart. Might want to also check if 3.5 is the default environment variable for PATH if the problem persist, in which case you would want to change it to the later version.

    Just some quick thoughts.
