    Answer: 

    USPS = Go to Stamps.com.   

    UPS by Shipworks shipments do not appear to be listed in any Stamps.com reports.  Stamps,com customer service was unable to assist. Apparently these are merely deducted from your balance with no record of the shipment, or even the charge transaction.

    I cannot use UPS by Shipworks unless this is fixed.

    2 hours and 45 min and three levels of support later, I have confirmed my previous comment. At this time:

    • UPS labels are not visible in Stamps.com.
    • UPS label charges ( + or -) are not visible in the stamps.com transaction reports.

    As it stands now, the only way to get a UPS by Shipworks usage report is to call Stamps.com.

    Once again calling Stamps.com to obtain a "UPS by Shipworks" usage report.  45 min on hold and counting...  Repeat every two weeks....

    Why would Stamps.com have UPS transactions? 

    Go to the UPS Site and login to your account to view your UPS Transactions.
