    Hello Scott-

    Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear you have been seeing that error in ShipWorks. You should be able to fix the error by closing and re-opening the ShipWorks program. Please let me know if you are still seeing the error after taking these steps!

    Hi Scott,

     

    We are having the same issue.  We've closed out of the program on both computers and are still receiving this error but only with our Etsy.com store.  Weird......
