Shipworks says Canadian addresses as "Bad address"

    Hello from ShipWorks! 

    I certainly do apologize for the delayed response on this! ShipWorks uses's address validation tool to validate addresses in the program. Typically, if there is a "Bad Address", it is because is not able to validate it. 

    I have opened a new support ticket for you and sent you an email so we can discuss your address issue specifically and see if we can troubleshoot where the disconnect is with this validation.
