Shipworks says Canadian addresses as "Bad address"
Every time I ship to a Canadian address, Shipworks always says it's a "Bad address" but I go to the Canada Post website and I verify the address there and they are always good addresses. Why are Canadian addresses so glitchy in Shipworks? I have to uncheck "Require full address validation" to print my Canadian labels. Does Shipwork realize this is a problem?

I certainly do apologize for the delayed response on this! ShipWorks uses Stamps.com's address validation tool to validate addresses in the program. Typically, if there is a "Bad Address", it is because Stamps.com is not able to validate it.
I have opened a new support ticket for you and sent you an email so we can discuss your address issue specifically and see if we can troubleshoot where the disconnect is with this validation.
