Hi Michael - thanks for reaching out! When wanting to preview a shipping label you're going to want to make sure it was processed using a standard label format. Thermal labels aren't able to be previewed. Please let me know if this doesn't help and one of my team can reach out to assist!

Right. We are viewing the standard label preview, not the thermal.

    Michael,

When you guys process the labels, are they processed using the standard label format or thermal?

If they are processed using the Thermal Label format, you will not be able to use the preview feature because they are not stored as images.

    Thanks,

Right. We normally process them as thermal, but this is when I try to view them using the 'standard PDF' template, which I now have set up to run through PrimoPDF. I set up the template as prescribed in the help document.

Would I be able to get a ticket made for this? I think I've done the things in the help article with no success.
