Amazon URL error?
When clicking through from Shipworks to Amazon, I'm now getting an error:
Shipworks provided URL:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/orders/order-details.html/?orderID=XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX
Error:
Page not found
The requested URL doesn't exist. Please check your URL and try again.
Correct URL:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/orders-v3/order/XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX
Is there a setting for this URI in the app or is a code change needed?

Ryen,
Send the two lines below to your dev team. Or send me the source code and I'll get it fixed before everyone is back from lunch.
:s/gp\/orders\/order-details.html\/\?orderID=XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX/orders-v3\/order\/XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX/

Hi Philip,
Appreciate the response but we don't have a release date scheduled for this. In some cases I am able to provide a build directly to customers prior to public release, depending on the defect and the fix. I'll have more information on this as soon as development can review and respond.

Good day all,
I've been following this string from the beginning and I don't think the problem is getting the attention it deserves. This is a pain in the butt. It's not an enhancement. It's a bug that needs to be fixed. If I happen to be in a place where I can't do a tracking upload to amazon I can spend an hour inputting tracking. And as was suggested in at the onset of the string, it a bad URL. Send out a "how to" fix or a patch. I've been with you guys for many years and it's the first time you've let a problem slide.
I'm just saying....................

Hi Stephen - you can download ShipWorks 6.4 here: https://www.shipworks.com/download-customer/ with a fix for the Amazon URL issue.
Quick note - we are investigating an issue with Walmart's new API that is causing customer's to not be able to download. Our article on the new connection is here: https://support.shipworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027464672
Please use caution if you have a Walmart store until we are able to work with them to resolve.

@Philip - Customers will be upgraded in waves to accommodate for the selections you've made to schedule out your preferred day/time. You'll be given a notification in the software (and via email) when it's your time to upgrade. You can always manually upgrade ahead of time if you'd prefer. If you see any issues just ping me and I'll be happy to start a ticket for you and investigate.
