Amazon URL error?

When clicking through from Shipworks to Amazon, I'm now getting an error:

Page not found
The requested URL doesn't exist. Please check your URL and try again.

Correct URL:

Is there a setting for this URI in the app or is a code change needed?

  @jason - It appears they work in two week sprints, with releases on the second Tuesday. Assuming the fix is in the current sprint, and they short cycle QA, it will be released on 5/7/19.  If not plan on 6/4/19...

  Hi Philip,

  Appreciate the response but we don't have a release date scheduled for this. In some cases I am able to provide a build directly to customers prior to public release, depending on the defect and the fix. I'll have more information on this as soon as development can review and respond.

  Good day all,

  I've been following this string from the beginning and I don't think the problem is getting the attention it deserves. This is a pain in the butt. It's not an enhancement. It's a bug that needs to be fixed. If I happen to be in a place where I can't do a tracking upload to amazon I can spend an hour inputting tracking. And as was suggested in at the onset of the string, it a bad URL. Send out a "how to" fix or a patch. I've been with you guys for many years and it's the first time you've let a problem slide.

  I definitely understand where you're coming from. This defect is in the process of being fixed and we plan to have the release on Tuesday. I'm really sorry for the delay.

  So Tuesday, the 7th, has come and gone. Should I infer from your reply to Philip that your Tuesday release reply was just a vague reference to a Tuesday in the future? Any chance of a firm date?

  Hi Stephen - you can download ShipWorks 6.4 here: https://www.shipworks.com/download-customer/ with a fix for the Amazon URL issue.

  Sorry if there was confusion. I'm just a customer. As Adam noted, the fix was released Tuesday 5/7.

  Adam,
  For some reason SW didn't prompt to upgrade. I had to go download manually. Once installed,  the fix works great.

  @Philip - Customers will be upgraded in waves to accommodate for the selections you've made to schedule out your preferred day/time. You'll be given a notification in the software (and via email) when it's your time to upgrade. You can always manually upgrade ahead of time if you'd prefer. If you see any issues just ping me and I'll be happy to start a ticket for you and investigate.
