    Hello from ShipWorks!

    Are you trying to process this order with your account? It seems that the credentials are not correct. If so, you can update your credentials by going to Manage>Shipping settings> USPS > Settings tab > Under USPS Accounts> Select your account and click Edit. You will then have an option to update your password. It will look something like this:
