Shopify: Update to the New Shopify API
Shopify has recently introduced a new API used to connect Shopify to third-party applications such as ShipWorks. ShipWorks users with an active Shopify store need to update their Shopify store connection prior to June 30, 2023 to avoid issues with processing Shopify orders.
If you have not migrated ShipWorks to the new Shopify API by June 30 you may encounter the following error when downloading orders from Shopify.
Unable to connect to Shopify. Please update your Shopify credentials in Manage > Stores.
This article will guide you through the process of migrating your Shopify store to the new API.

A new page will load with your Shopify token.
Click the Copy token button. Then, switch back to ShipWorks.
Paste (CTRL + V) the Shopify token into the 3: Enter the Shopify Token field.
