Amazon: Update to the SP API by 5/31/2023

Beginning 5/31/2023 ShipWorks will no longer connect to Amazon using the MWS API. ShipWorks will migrate to connecting to Amazon using only the newer Amazon SP API.

How this affects you.

If you are already running ShipWorks version 9.9 or later, you do not need to take any action. You are already connected to Amazon using the SP API.

I am on an earlier version of ShipWorks. What do I need to do?

If you are on a version of ShipWorks prior to version 9.9 you will no longer be able to download orders from Amazon beginning 5/31/2023.

Please follow the steps in the following help articles to upgrade to the latest version of ShipWorks and to update your Amazon store credentials with the Amazon SP API.

After completing the above steps, you will be connected to the SP API.
