Introduction to The Hub
Access The Hub from anywhere by logging in at hub.shipworks.com. Think of The Hub as your online resource to view order information, configure how your orders are routed, manage shipping locations/warehouses, handle your products and inventory, and more. Let's take a closer look at what you can do when you access The Hub.
The Onboarding screen has the first steps to take to set up your Hub:

Add Carriers

Connect Order Sources

Select Routing Rules:
The Shipments screen gives a detailed overview of your shipment volume for each Order Source (Store).
The Products screen gives you access to your product catalog for all warehouses. From the Products screen, you can view updated product details and inventory levels, add products manually or by uploading a file, and export products into a .csv file.

Connect your external API to ShipWorks by configuring API Key(s) and Order Source(s) on the API Settings screen. Use the ShipWorks Orders API to send order information directly to ShipWorks and to push shipment details to your order source.
This screen allows you to opt out of Automatic Updates for all desktop installations.
