You can also configure ShipWorks to export your shipment information so that it can easily be imported back into Pricefalls.
This article covers how to set up an automated export of your shipping information. This export will generate a .csv (comma delimited) file containing all of your shipping information for Pricefalls orders shipped through ShipWorks on a given day. a. Select all of the code in the file by clicking anywhere within the code. Then, press CTRL + A on your keyboard.

c. Switch back to the ShipWorks application. Click in line 1 of the Code tab. Then, paste the copied code by pressing CTRL + V on your keyboard.

c. In the Prompt me for the name or folder: section, select Never.
13. Click Save. Then, click Close.
Next, we will create an action in ShipWorks that will automatically run the export for you at the time of day that you specify. This export will contain the shipment details for all of the orders you shipped on a given day. The exported file can be used to import the shipment information into Pricefalls.
1. In ShipWorks, click on the Manage tab and then the Actions button.
2. On the Action Manager screen, click the New Action button.
3. Give the action a name. For this example, we will name the action Pricefalls Export.
4. Next, click on the drop-down menu located under When the following occurs: and select A scheduled time.
5. Now, let's tell ShipWorks to run the action daily at a certain time. Click on One Time and select Daily.
6. We are going to leave the majority of the defaults for the schedule alone. We do, however, want to tell ShipWorks at what time to run the export. Be sure to select a time of day after which all of your shipping has been completed for the day. For example, if your shipping is usually completed at 3pm, perhaps schedule the action for 3:30 pm.
7. Next, let's tell ShipWorks what task this action will perform. Click the Add Task button and select Save a file.
8. From the Save Using: Everything in drop-down menu select your Pricefalls Shipped Today filter (that you created with previous instructions, linked in the first things first section of this article).
9. From the With template: drop-down menu, scroll down and select your Pricefalls Export template.
10. That's it. Click OK. Then, click Close.
At the time you specified, the action will run automatically and generate the export file for you. The file will be saved to the location that you specified when creating the template.
If you wish, you can trigger the export action whenever you would like by clicking a custom button rather than at a scheduled time. To do so, you will need to slightly modify the action we just created.
1. In ShipWorks, click on the Manage tab and then the Actions button.
2. On the Action Manager screen, select the Pricefalls Export action and then click the Edit button.
3. Click on the A scheduled time drop-down menu and select A custom button is clicked.
4. Click on the Require: drop-down menu and select Nothing needs to be selected.
5. Optionally, you can select a different icon for your button.
6. Click OK and then click Close.
You are all set!! To run the export go to the Home tab and click your Pricefalls Export button. The file will be saved to the location that you specified when creating the template.
