Web Shop Manager: Add a Store in ShipWorks
Web Shop Manager is a marketplace for selling after market automotive products.
Use ShipWorks to import orders from Web Shop Manager (WSM), create domestic and international shipping labels, and automate customer updates when orders have shipped. This article will guide you through the process of connecting your Web Shop Manager store to ShipWorks.
Web Shop Manager Configuration
Prior to following the steps outlined in the The Process section below, the following steps need to be completed in Web Shop Manager:

Enable the ShipWorks API in Web Shop Manager:Reach out to WSM and ask them to enable the ShipWorks API Key.

Create a ShipWorks user:Use this help page to create a WSM User. It is recommended that your user name is your site tag and Shipworks. Your tag can be found on the WSM Admin Dashboard below the charts. Example username: TAGshipworks
This WSM user account should only be used for the store connection; users should not use this account to access WSM.

Click the Add Store button.

Select Web Shop Manager from the What platform do you sell on? drop-down menu. Then, click the Next button.

Enter the Username and Password you created when configuring the ShipWorks User in WSM in the First Things First section of this article.

Enter the Module URL. Then, click the Next button.
The URL
The Module URL is your WSM store URL with /shipworks tagged onto the end. For example: https://www.webshopmanagerstore.com/shipworks.
Great! You are connected. Now, you will need to fill out a few more screens.
1. On the Store Information screen, enter your Store Name: and Address:. Then, click Next.
2. Enter the additional Contact Information: for your store. Then, click Next.
Note: This information is optional.

Automatic Downloads: The WSM store in ShipWorks is configured to download automatically every 15 minutes. Change this setting by going to Manage > Stores > Select the Store > Edit. Then, select the Store Settings link.

Download manually: Manually download orders into ShipWorks at any time by clicking the Download button on the Home tab.

Item IDs: The Item ID sent to ShipWorks from WSM is based on the ID selected in WSM in the System > Configuration > Catalog tab.

Order Statuses: Orders downloaded into ShipWorks will have both a Local Status and a Store Status.

Local Status: A ShipWorks specific status set within the ShipWorks Software. By default, newly downloaded orders are assigned a status of Not Shipped.

Store Status: The status of the order assigned by and downloaded into ShipWorks from Web Shop Manager.

Order Updates: WSM only updates the order to ShipWorks once. If you make any changes to orders in WSM after it is downloaded into ShipWorks you will need to manually update the order in ShipWorks as well.

Shipped Orders: Once an order is shipped in ShipWorks, an upload is automatically sent to WSM updating the order status and tracking information.
