The Shipper Productivity Report
The Shipper Productivity report allows shipping managers to monitor the number of shipments processed (and voided) by user, as well as the total cost of the shipments processed by user. The objective of this article is to show you how to export this report to an HTML file, which can be read by Microsoft Word or Excel. It will also show you how to manually print the report from ShipWorks.
Automate the Report
Did you know that you can use Actions to have ShipWorks automatically run the Shipper Productivity report for you? You can!

If you do not have multiple users set up in ShipWorks, the Shipper Productivity report can still be run. However, it will only show one user's activity in ShipWorks.
1. In ShipWorks, select the orders you want to include in your report. To select multiple orders, hold CTRL while you select orders. To select all orders, hold CTRL + A.

2. Click the Output tab, then the Save button and select the Shipper Productivity report.

3. Save the file on your hard drive.
4. Open Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. In this example, we'll be using Microsoft Excel.
5. In your Microsoft program, navigate to File Open Navigate to Where You Saved Your Shipper Productivity Report. Click Open.

6.Your report will now display as an Excel / Word document.

1. In ShipWorks, select the orders you want to include in your report. To select multiple orders, hold CTRL while you select orders. To select all orders, hold CTRL + A.

2. Right-click your orders and select Print Reports Shipper Productivity.

3. If you haven't already connected a printer for this template, ShipWorks will prompt you to select a default printer. Use the drop-down menu to select a printer for your report and click Print. Otherwise, your report will print automatically.
Please note: To adjust these settings in the future, navigate to Manage Templates Reports Shipper Productivity Edit Settings tab Printing.

4. Your report will now print to the printer you specified.
