ShipWorks Not Displaying Correctly
In some cases, when your computer's Display Resolution is set to larger than 100%, ShipWorks may not display correctly. This may manifest as some text being clipped or certain ShipWorks Windows not displaying correctly.
This article will guide you through how to set your Display size to 100%.
Please note that if you currently have your display settings set to larger than 100%, changing the below settings will cause Windows to display text, icons, and other elements smaller than they currently are displayed.
1. Right click on your Desktop and select Personalize.
2. At the bottom of the Personalization window, click on Display.
3..Verify that Smaller - 100% is selected. Then click the Apply button.
Please be aware that Windows may require you to log out and back in to apply these settings. Be sure to save your work in any open applications.
