Voiding and Reshipping a Shipment Processed Today
It is easy to void a shipment, reprint a shipping label and/or to process an additional shipment for an order shipped on the current business day. This article will show you how.
Note
Scan-to-Ship view was labeled as Order Lookup prior to version 7.3. If you are on an earlier version of the ShipWorks software you will you will see Scan-to Ship listed as Order Lookup in the Software.
Voiding a shipment is easy:
1. Search for and select the order on the History tab.
2. Click the Void button in the Actions section of the History tab.

1 - Voiding a shipment processed today
In the event you should need to reprint the shipping label for an order that was processed today:
1. Search for and select the order on the History tab.
2. Click on the Reprint button.

In the event that you need to generate additional shipments for an order, here’s how:
1. Search for and select the order on the History tab.
2. Click the Ship Again button.

2 - Reshipping an order processed today
When you use the Ship Again button to create additional shipments for an order, (see previous section) an exact duplicate of the original shipment is created for you. This includes the weight, dimensions and so on from the previous shipment.
If, however, you would like to create a new shipment without duplicating the previous shipment's settings or if the order has not yet been shipped and you need to create a new shipment for the order, you can do so by:
1. Select the Scan-to-Ship tab.
2. Click on the New Shipment button.

A new shipment is created and you are switched to the Order tab.
