Verify Carrier Settings and Your Shipping Workflow
After adding shipping carriers in The Hub, please verify that your shipping settings are configured to meet your specific shipping workflow and that the correct label printers are selected.
Configuring your carrier settings and printers is done in the ShipWorks software.
Please be sure that you are logged into ShipWorks as a user with administrator rights.
