Filters: Filter Orders by Ship by Date or Deliver by Date

Background

Filter orders by the Ship by Date and/or the Deliver by Date so that you can prioritize the orders being shipped.

First Things First

The Ship by Date and Deliver by Date fields are available for the following marketplaces:

Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor)
Walmart

The Process

For this example, we will create a filter that will identify Rithum orders with a Ship by Date of the following day. However, once you learn the process you can modify the filter to suit your own needs. For example, you could create a filter to identify Rithum orders with a Deliver by Date of today.

Click on the Manage tab then on the Filters button. Then, click the New Filter button.
Name the filter. Then, select the folder in which you wish the filter to live. Click Next. (For our example, we named the filter 'Ship by Tomorrow' and placed the filter in the 'Rithum' folder.)
Click the Add Condition button . (A new condition Order Total > Equals > $0.00 will be added.)
Click on Order Total and select Order > Ship by Date from the list.

(If you would rather filter on the Deliver by Date, be sure to select it instead.)
Click on Equals and select Is tomorrow. Then, click the Next button.

(Notice that there are many options available here. For example, you could select 'Is today' or you might select 'Is between' and enter a date range.)
Click the Finish button. Then, click Close.

Your new filter will be made available to select in the Filters Panel. When selected, orders with a Ship by Date of the next day will be displayed on the main orders grid.
